I have some bad days.
And then I have the occasional good day.
I went to bed early last night so it wasn’t as much of a chore to wake up in the morning. I had a really good workout at the gym. Like. Constant droplets of sweat rolling down my face kind of good. And then I measured myself after lunch. I’ve lost 1/4-1/2 inches off my hips and waist from the last time I checked (two weeks ago? I don’t remember.) After lab I went to lunch with a friend. I met up with Raffi and our Blue Yeti Microphone that we bought together as a joint Valentine’s day present came in the mail. Yeah. So far so good.
